Donating modern reading space to children in Dien Bien province

On April 24, during the journey to Dien Bien Phu to organize the national Dien Bien Little Soldiers Festival, the Central Team Council awarded and handed over the project “Space for reading, interaction and Team activities” at Children’s House of Dien Bien province.

Attending the program were Ms. Truong My Hoa, former Vice President, President of the Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund; Mr. Bui Quang Huy, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, First Secretary of the Central Youth Union; Ms. Nguyen Pham Duy Trang, Secretary of the Central Youth Union, Chairman of the Central Youth Union Council.

At the program, the Central Team Council donated reading, interaction and Team activities space with a total value of 300 million VND to the Children’s House of Dien Bien province and awarded 10 scholarships, each worth 1 million VND. community for children in Dien Bien province with difficult circumstances to overcome difficulties and study well.

The Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund awarded the project of Sa Tong Kindergarten No. 2 (Sa Tong commune, Muong Cha district) worth more than 616 million VND and donated learning equipment for the classroom.

Also within the framework of the program, with the desire to improve digital and foreign language skills for children, the Central Team Council, SunUNI ACADEMY International English Joint Stock Company awarded 1 “Informatics room for children” worth 70 million VND at Quang Lam Primary and Secondary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities (Quang Lam commune, Muong Nhe district, Dien Bien province) and 5 English scholarships, each worth 10 million VND for 5 children in the province Dien Bien.

This is a meaningful activity within the framework of the 5th National Dien Bien Small Soldiers Festival, 2024, organized by the Central Team Council, aiming to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu victory. (May 7, 1954 – May 7, 2024), 75 years since the death of heroic martyr Vu A Dinh (June 15, 1949 – June 15, 2024).
