According to Ms. Le Thi Thu Huong, Deputy Chief of Office of the General Department of Book and Culture Day, reading is a very meaningful activity, allowing anyone in a hurried life, busy with work or handling private matters to enjoy it. Responding to this request, on April 24, 2024, General Director of the General Department of Market Management Tran Huu Linh also sent a document to all units in the entire force requesting to respond to the third Reading Day of Books and Culture. 2024.
