The Head of the Festival Organizing Committee praised and appreciated the spirit of participation and dedication of the 42 delegations attending the Festival. All troupes have carefully invested in everything from registering to participate, developing scripts, organizing practice to competing on stage. After 4 days of competition, the National Librarians Festival was successful in all aspects, including professional quality, book introduction skills as well as artistic performance ability in each performance. Library staff confidently demonstrated their abilities, bravery, and public speaking skills to share their passion for work, their profession, and introduce good and valuable books to the public. with the community, building the image of librarians in the new era, modern, dynamic, creative and enthusiastic. At the end of the Festival, the Organizing Committee awarded: 6 Excellent Awards to the delegations of Dien Bien Provincial Library, Military Region II Library, Ho Chi Minh City Science Library, Hanoi Library, Dong Thap Library, Nghe An Provincial Institute; 12 First Prizes; 12 Second Prizes; 12 Third Prizes; 4 thematic awards for participating teams, in which the most impressive team introduction award belongs to Quang Ninh Provincial Library; The book introduction propaganda award that met the most professional requirements went to Hai Phong City Science Library; The award for the most innovative and effective service model went to the Quang Nam Provincial Library; The award for demonstrating the best talent went to the Lang Son Provincial Library.

In order to increase the effectiveness of propaganda and book introduction activities, after the Festival, the Organizing Committee will upload the video recording of the contest entries of 42 participating groups on the Youtube Channel “Vietnamese Books and Wisdom” for a large audience. To recognize the efforts in advising, preparing and organizing the Festival, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism awarded a certificate of merit to the Dien Bien Provincial Library; Dien Bien Provincial People’s Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to collectives and civil servants of the Library Department, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
