According to the initial investigation, Huynh Luong Bang and Luong Minh Tin discussed and agreed to appropriate property with high technology.

Bang and Tin rent a house, buy furniture, laptops, wifi equipment… Next, these two young people on Facebook posted recruitment information for online sales consultants (telesale).

These two people have exploited, purchased data, and searched for people who often use credit cards to pay online at supermarkets and trade centers.

At the same time, he directed his accomplices to pretend to be employees of some banks to contact and assist customers in transferring money from credit cards to ATM cards to withdraw cash, assist in converting installments, etc., and then appropriate money in credit cards. .

By the above tricks, from September 2022 to now, Bang, Tin and some accomplices have appropriated more than 770 million VND from about 300 people.

The Department of Cyber ​​Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention has coordinated with units of the Phu Yen Police to detect and catch Tin and his accomplices committing crimes.

The police discovered and seized many exhibits.

After the accomplice was arrested, on March 17, Huynh Luong Bang went to the Office of the Police Department of Phu Yen Provincial Police to surrender.
