The Ministry of Transport said that the main reason for the slow progress is that the contractors have not mobilized enough additional equipment, human resources, increased construction work to compensate for the slow progress, and the mobilization on the construction site is still lacking at least 2 shots. Although the Ministry of Transport has regularly inspected the site and issued many documents to urge and direct, the problems have not been thoroughly resolved by the project enterprise, and additional equipment, human resources, and equipment have not been drastically mobilized. In order to bring the project to quickly compensate for delayed output, the Construction Investment Management Department requests investors/project enterprises to direct contractors to arrange enough resources for simultaneous construction on the entire route, especially especially the construction of soft soil treatment items; Construction of large bridges Xuan Duong 1, Xuan Duong 2, Than Vu tunnel, intersection of National Highway 46B.

Replace subcontractors

Phuc Thanh Hung Investment Joint Stock Company (project enterprise) said that as of early November 2023, the entire Dien Chau – Bai Vot project site had mobilized 101/103 construction jobs with more than 1,900 workers, more than 840 locomotives and equipment.

The two unfinished construction sites belong to Dai Hiep contractor (just organized 8/9 construction sites at package XL01) and Thai Son Company (newly organized 10/11 construction projects at package XL04).

Faced with the slow progress, the project enterprise has agreed with investors and contractors to transfer the volume and replace subcontractors at the XL04 contract package (the package with the lowest construction output).

The project enterprise also commits to continue to require contractors to continue mobilizing enough construction sites according to the schedule set up, adding additional road embankment construction sites for soil treatment locations. weak and large bridge construction nose. At the same time, increasing human resources, main construction equipment, and backup equipment ensures maintaining and further accelerating the progress of Than Vu tunnel and major bridges.
