On November 20, the Government Office informed that Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh had just signed Decision No. 1429/QD-TTg appointing Mr. Bui Hoang Phuong – Director of the Department of Personnel Organization, Ministry of Information and Communications to hold the position. Deputy Minister of Information and Communications.

This decision takes effect from the date of signing (November 20, 2023).

Previously, on October 1, 2022, Mr. Bui Hoang Phuong – Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Information and Communications was assigned to hold the position of Director of the Department of Personnel Organization of this ministry.

Mr. Bui Hoang Phuong, born in 1983, has held many leadership positions at units within the Ministry of Information and Communications.

Mr. Bui Hoang Phuong has held the position of Chief of Office of the Ministry of Information and Communications since August 2020. In January 2022, the Minister of Information and Communications mobilized and appointed Mr. Phuong to the position of Chief Inspector of the Ministry.
