Accordingly, the notice said that in Resolution No. 95 dated November 26, 2019 approving the feasibility study report of Long Thanh airport construction investment project phase 1, the National Assembly has added 2 connecting road traffic routes. connecting to this project (lines T1 and T2).

The Government requests the People’s Committee of Dong Nai province to review and update complete and accurate data on land recovery, compensation, support, and resettlement of the traffic route connecting T1 and T2, clarifying the financial plan, refund the Central budget… to carry out resettlement arrangements in accordance with the provisions of law.

The Government also requested that Dong Nai province not propose to resettle households affected by the Bien Hoa – Vung Tau expressway project into the Loc An – Binh Son resettlement area (resettlement area of ​​the project). Long Thanh airport).

Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha requested the People’s Committee of Dong Nai province and the Ministry of Planning and Investment to urgently complete the feasibility study report of the land acquisition, compensation, support, and resettlement project at Long Thanh airport and submit it. Previously, at working sessions with the National Assembly’s inspection team, leaders of Dong Nai province proposed that the National Assembly approve the policy for Dong Nai to arrange for people affected by the Bien Hoa – Vung Tau expressway project. Long Thanh airport resettlement area is 282 hectares wide, initially expected to arrange 5,002 plots of land for people. After many adjustments, the total number of land plots here has now increased to more than 7,000.
