Accordingly, the auctioned land plots belong to 7 projects in Chuc Son town and Van Vo, Thuong Vuc, Huu Van, Nam Phuong Tien communes of Chuong My district.
The area of land plots ranges from 77.91 to 208.65 m2. Prices start from 5.6 million to 44.2 million VND/m2; equivalent to each plot from 784 million VND to over 7.2 billion VND.
The time to receive documents to participate in the auction is until 5:00 p.m. on May 2, at the Land Fund Development Center of Chuong My district.
Auction form by direct voting at the auction; method of bidding up. The auction will take place at the People’s Committee hall of Chuong My district.
In Hoai Duc district, 34 plots of land that are assets of the People’s Committee of Hoai Duc district will also be auctioned by Lac Viet Auction Company and Hoai Duc District Land Fund Development Center on May 13.
The auctioned land plots are rural land, have a long term of use and belong to a technical infrastructure project to auction land use rights in Ma Trau area, Dong Nhan village, Dong La commune.
The area of land plots ranges from 100-112m2. Unit prices start from over 57 million to over 62.7 million VND/m2.
The deadline for submitting registration documents to participate in the auction is at 5:00 p.m. on May 10, at the Center for Culture, Information and Sports of Hoai Duc district or the headquarters of Lac Viet Auction Partnership Company.

The area of land plots ranges from 150-162m2. Prices start from 16.5 million to 28.5 million VND/m2.
Auction participants submit documents until 5:00 p.m. on May 6 at the Thach That District Land Fund Development Center or the auction company.

From the beginning of the year until now, districts around Hanoi have been racing to auction land. Land auctions mostly attract great attention from investors.
For example, at the end of February, Dong Anh district successfully auctioned 33 plots of land in Thuy Lam commune. Among them, there was a winning lot at double the starting price, at more than 60 million VND/m2.

242 plots of land in Bu Dang, Bu Gia Map districts and Chon Thanh town, Binh Phuoc province will be auctioned for use rights in April and May. The highest starting price is more than 6.1 billion VND/lot.
