At this meeting, the Central Inspection Committee considered and concluded the following contents:

Reviewing the inspection results when there are signs of violations and the review results, recommending disciplinary action against the Standing Committee of the Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee, the Central Inspection Committee found: Standing Committee of the Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee violated the principle of democratic centralism and working regulations; violating the principles of self-criticism, criticism, and unity within the Party and in personnel work; Lack of responsibility, lax leadership, direction, lack of inspection and supervision has allowed the Party Committee of the Provincial People’s Council, the Party Committee of the Provincial People’s Committee and many organizations and individuals to seriously violate Party regulations and State laws. Domestic countries carry out a number of investment projects, including projects implemented by Progressive International Joint Stock Company (AIC), FLC Group Joint Stock Company, Phuc Son Group Joint Stock Company; Some officials and party members have degraded political ideology, ethics, and lifestyle, are negative, accept bribes, declare personal assets dishonestly, violate the Law on Prevention and Combat of Corruption, and violate regulations. about what party members cannot do and the responsibility to set an example.

The above violations have caused very serious consequences, damage and risk of damage, and a huge waste of money and assets of the State; causing public anger and negatively affecting the reputation of the Party organization and local government, to the point of requiring review and disciplinary action.

– Warning: Vinh Phuc Provincial People’s Council Party Committee for the term 2021-2026; Party Committee of Vinh Phuc Provincial People’s Committee for the terms 2016-2021, 2021-2026 and gentlemen: Nguyen Van Tri, Nguyen Ba Huy, Dinh Ngoc Khoa, Vu Chi Giang, Nguyen Kim Khai, Le Van Kien, Khong Son Truong, Nguyen Kim Tuan, Nguyen Thanh Tung, Nguyen Duc Tai, Do Huu Vinh, Tran Gia Long, Nguyen Ba Hien, Nguyen Van Do, Do Dinh Viet, Bui Minh Hong, Nguyen Cong Loc, Nguyen Xuan Phuong, Nguyen Van Bac.

– Reprimand: Vinh Phuc Provincial People’s Council Party Committee for the 2016-2021 term; Standing Committee of Vinh Phuc Provincial Police Party Committee for the terms 2015-2020, 2020-2025 and gentlemen: Tran Van Vinh, Nguyen Trung Hai, Phan The Huy, Le Van Phuc.

The Central Inspection Committee requested the Politburo to consider and discipline the Standing Committee of the Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee for the 2015-2020 and 2020-2025 terms.

The Central Inspection Committee requested: The Standing Committee of Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee decided to discipline 17 Party organizations and 17 party members according to the conclusions of the Central Inspection Committee. The Central Inspection Committee continues to review and enforce discipline on other relevant Party organizations and party members.

* At the meeting, reviewing the report recommending disciplinary action against some violating party members at the Party Committees of An Giang and Soc Trang provinces, the Central Inspection Committee found:

Mr. Vuong Binh Thanh, former Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People’s Committee of An Giang province; Tran Van Chuyen, former Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People’s Committee of Soc Trang province, violated Party regulations and State laws in carrying out assigned responsibilities and tasks; violating regulations on what party members cannot do and the responsibility to set an example; causing serious consequences, bad public opinion, and reducing the reputation of the Party organization and local government, to the point of requiring consideration and disciplinary action.

Based on the Party’s regulations, the Central Inspection Committee decided to enforce discipline: Warning Mr. Vuong Binh Thanh; Reprimand Mr. Tran Van Chuyen.

* Review the results of supervision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Standing Committee members of the Thai Binh and Bac Lieu Provincial Party Committee, the Central Inspection Committee requested, the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Standing Committee members of the Thai Provincial Party Committee. Binh and Bac Lieu seriously review, learn from experience, and promptly overcome violations, shortcomings, and limitations in leadership, direction, construction, and implementation of working regulations; staff work and land management and use in investment projects; declaration of assets and income.

The Central Inspection Committee requested the Standing Committee of the Bac Lieu Provincial Party Committee to direct inspections when there are signs of violations against the Party Committee of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, and report the results to the Central Inspection Committee.
