Applying professional measures, the Economic Police Team discovered that at 489 Hoang Quoc Viet, Co Nhue 1 Ward, Bac Tu Liem District, there was a frozen warehouse rented for storage and food processing.

The suspects often secretly gather goods, lock the doors to prevent strangers from entering, and transport goods mainly at noon or early in the morning to avoid detection by the authorities. The reconnaissance force quickly determined the subject’s operating rules to come up with a fighting plan.

On April 22, the Economic Police Team conducted an inspection while the subject was transporting goods for consumption, and at the same time coordinated with Market Management Team No. 22 to make a decision to check the goods at the warehouse. At the time of inspection, it was determined that the owner of the facility was Ly Van Thang (born 2003) residing in Hoang Su Phi district, Ha Giang province.

At the warehouse, nearly 1 ton of food was discovered, including pork, beef, and chicken, all packaged frozen products, some of which were pre-marinated for consumption. Thang admitted that the above goods were purchased from many contacts on social networks, brought to the warehouse for preliminary processing, and divided into bags to sell to consumers.
