According to voter Nguyen Thanh Cong (Mai Dinh commune), since 2019 there has been a policy to readjust the planning of Noi Bai International Airport. However, up to now the project has not been implemented, making people’s lives difficult.
Specifically, construction projects in the airport expansion planning area were not approved, affecting the issuance of land use rights certificates to the people of Mai Dinh commune.
“Currently, there are 500 families who want to get land use rights certificates but have not been able to do so for many years due to problems adjusting the planning of Noi Bai International Airport. We request the National Assembly Delegates to propose to the Government to soon approve the planning, install boundary markers, and ensure the rights of the people,” Mr. Cong suggested.
