Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee has just issued a decision on the establishment of the Council and the Council’s Support Team to evaluate the pilot project of policies to encourage and protect dynamic, creative, daring to think, dare to do, and dare to endure officials. responsibility for the common good, implemented according to Conclusion No. 14-KL/TW dated September 22, 2021 of the Politburo.
According to the decision, Mr. Phan Van Mai – Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee – will be Chairman of the Council.
The two Vice Chairmen of the Council include: Mr. Vo Van Hoan – Vice Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee and Ms. Thai Thi Bich Lien – Deputy Head of the City Party Committee’s Organizing Committee. At the same time, the Council also has 7 other members from the city’s departments and branches. The Council’s assisting team has 10 members.
Also according to the decision, the Council is responsible for commenting and evaluating the pilot project of policies to encourage and protect dynamic, creative officials who dare to think, dare to do, and dare to take responsibility for the common good.
The Council works according to collective principles, making decisions by majority; In case of equal voting, the voting opinion of the Chairman of the Council shall be implemented.
Within 10 days from the date of establishment of the Council, the Chairman of the Council holds a meeting to evaluate the draft Project. The draft shall be sent to Council members no later than 5 working days before the meeting date.
The duties of Council members are assigned by the Council Chairman. The Support Team alone is responsible for advising the Council on comments and evaluation of the above Project.
The Council and the Helping Team will self-dissolve after completing their tasks.
