Currently, two resettlement areas serving the Bien Hoa – Vung Tau expressway project for people in Bien Hoa city include: Tam Phuoc resettlement area and Phuoc Tan resettlement area, which have not completed procedures for implementation.

Meanwhile, Binh Minh resettlement area (Trang Bom district) currently has about 150 plots of land available that can be immediately resettled for people. Two social housing areas are also completing procedures to start construction soon.

Therefore, at the survey, Vice Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee Vo Van Phi proposed adding about 150 resettlement lots in Trang Bom district to the compensation, support and resettlement plan for the Bien Expressway project. Hoa – Vung Tau.

At the same time, it is recommended that the People’s Committee of Bien Hoa City focus resources on site clearance work. In particular, departments and branches advised the province to quickly resolve problems related to adjusting investment policies in two social housing projects implemented by enterprises.
