In this case, Hang was identified as the person hired by Nguyen Thi Thinh to package the finished product of fake anti-stroke medicine.

Through the investigation and collected documents, Nong Thi Hang confessed that from the beginning of 2023 until her arrest, Hang was hired by Thinh to package about 20 boxes of fake anti-stroke medicine worth more than 50 million VND to sell on the market. school.

Breaking the An Cung food counterfeiting ring

Previously, on April 4, Thanh Hoa City Police organized a simultaneous search of 10 locations including residences, places of work, production, and hiding of goods suspected of being counterfeit products of Hoan Vu Hoang Thanh Tam, led by the Public Security Department. Kwangdong company produces and sells in the Korean market and exports to Vietnam.

Through the search, the police discovered and confiscated many products and raw materials to produce counterfeit items, including more than 4,000 boxes of finished products of An Cung Vien Vu Hoang Thanh Tam (boxes of 10 pills), worth goods equivalent to 10 billion VND; 100 boxes of An Cung Nguu Hoang Hoan (60 pills/box) produced by Samsung Pharm Company.

Raw materials for the production and packaging of fake products include 7 plastic jars and plastic jar lids used to hold An Cung Hoan tablets; more than 1,000 Kwangdong brand anti-counterfeit stamps, Kwangdong brand usage instruction stamps; Over 1,000 kg of round yellow tablets were wrapped in yellow paper along with many tools and machines to package the product such as: Presses, glue guns, staples, adhesive tape…

Based on the results of the investigation of the case, the Thanh Hoa City Police Investigation Police Department prosecuted the case, prosecuted the accused and temporarily detained 8 people including: Nguyen Thi Thinh (born 1978; residing in Hanoi City) , was identified as the mastermind behind the production and trafficking of counterfeit goods; Nguyen Lan Huong (born 1984) is the person directly contacted to buy fake products from Thinh; Tran Anh Cuong (born 1994); Ngo Thi Tu (born 1982); Nong Quang Hai (born 1991) Nhu Thi Minh (born 1991); Pham Van Chien (born 1985), all living in Hanoi City and Trinh Thi Hiep (born 1985, living in Thanh Hoa City, Thanh Hoa Province).
