The Expert Area and Ecological Park project is located in the Da Nang Information Technology Park (Danang IT Park) built on a total area of 26 hectares, in Hoa Lien commune (Hoa Vang district, Da Nang).
The project includes apartments, villas for experts, hillside villas, sports areas, central park area… Total investment is more than 2,000 billion VND, invested by Trung Nam EMS Joint Stock Company.
The project was built to meet the needs and provide a modern and comfortable living environment according to international standards for experts and partners working in Da Nang Central Information Technology Park.
Deployed in 2021, expected to be completed in 2022, but now the project is in ruins.
