The arrested suspects include: Nguyen Tuan Linh (born 1993, residing in group 10, Viet Quang town, Bac Quang district, Ha Giang province), Director of Alpha Gold International Technology Co., Ltd. and Do Hoanh Quan (born 1985, residing in Lien Hiep commune, Phuc Tho district, Hanoi), Director of Bio – Floc Company Limited.
Through investigation, initially, Ha Giang Provincial Police determined that from 2022, Linh and Quan cooperated in trading aquatic food products and treating aquaculture environment. However, these two people colluded to commit fraud against customers, labeling fake instructions about the origin of the product, then selling it to the market through e-commerce trading floors. , social networks to make illegal profits with large amounts of money.
