Previously, the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Construction concluded that many violations related to planning, planning adjustment, and construction management were approved in the area on both sides of Le Van Luong street (Hanoi), including the Thanh An Tower project at 21 Le Van Luong, invested by Thanh An Corporation.
