Removal of 1 vice chairman of Kien Giang Provincial People’s Committee

(PLO) – At the 21st session, the People’s Council of Kien Giang province considered and dismissed Mr. Le Quoc Anh from the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, due to job rotation.

On April 26, Provincial People’s Council Kien Giang Session X, term 2021-2026 holds the 21st session (thematic session).

At the meeting, the People’s Council of Kien Giang province considered and dismissed Mr. Le Quoc Anh from the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, who was appointed by the Provincial Party Standing Committee to hold the position of Secretary of the Phu Quoc City Party Committee.

In addition, Mr. Le Huu Toan, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, elected the additional position of Provincial People’s Committee Member.

Also at this meeting, the People’s Council of Kien Giang province will consider discussing and unanimously voting to approve 19 draft resolutions.

Speaking at the closing of the meeting, Mr. Mai Van Huynh, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People’s Council of Kien Giang province emphasized that these are important resolutions and the legal basis for continuing to implement the public investment projects according to the provisions of law.

From there, contribute to promoting the progress and disbursement rate of public investment capital in the province in 2024. Besides, effectively implementing the medium-term capital plan for the period 2021-2025 under the direction of the Prime Minister Government and direction of the Standing Committee of Kien Giang Provincial Party Committee.

In order to properly organize the implementation of the recently passed Resolutions, the Chairman of the People’s Council of Kien Giang province requested the Provincial People’s Committee to direct relevant agencies to urgently implement the implementation.

Mr. Mai Van Huynh also requested the Standing Committee of the People’s Council, Committees and delegates of the Provincial People’s Council to monitor the implementation process of the Resolutions. Accordingly, ensuring that Resolutions passed at the meeting are organized and implemented effectively.
