Digital Economy & Digital Society (Ministry of Information and Communications).

Mr. Tran Quang Hung was born in 1987, holds a master’s degree. Mr. Hung has 8 years of experience working at the Information Security Department, since the early days of this unit’s establishment.

Mr. Le Quoc Hung, born in 1970, has a doctorate degree, has worked for 17 years at the Ministry of Information and Communications, held many positions, worked as department head at the Department of Computerization, deputy secretary, and deputy trainee. .
