As for Mr. Do Van Phong (living in Ninh Kieu district) said he was attending a meeting when he heard the sound of heavy rain so he and many colleagues ran out to watch.
“The past few months have been hot and sunny. It’s been a long time since the first rain of the season, so people flocked to see and take pictures. Even though it only rained for about half an hour, it still partly dispelled the hot heat” – Mr. Phong said.
