Specifically, in Decision No. 347, the Prime Minister decided to enforce discipline in the form of a reprimand against Ms. Nguyen Huong Giang, Chairman of the People’s Committee of Bac Ninh province for the 2021 – 2026 term, due to violations and shortcomings. in work and the Central Inspection Committee has enforced party discipline.

The time for disciplinary action is calculated from the date of announcement of Decision No. 1405 of the Central Inspection Committee.

In Decision No. 346, the Prime Minister decided to impose discipline in the form of removing the position of Chairman of the People’s Committee of Bac Ninh province from Mr. Nguyen Tu Quynh, former Chairman of the People’s Committee of Bac Ninh province, due to violations. , shortcomings in work and the Secretariat has enforced party discipline.

Previously, at the 36th session (January 24 – 25), the Central Steering Committee’s direction on preventing and combating corruption and negativity was implemented, after reviewing inspection results when there were signs of violation. and the results of reviewing and recommending disciplinary action against the Party Committee of the People’s Committee of Bac Ninh Province, the Central Inspection Committee found that the Party Committee of the People’s Committee of Bac Ninh Province had violated the principle of democratic centralism and regulations. working mechanism.

This group is irresponsible and lax in leadership and direction, allowing the Provincial People’s Committee and many organizations and individuals to violate Party regulations and State laws in the management and implementation of a number of projects/contract packages. The Central Inspection Committee assessed that responsibility for the above violations belongs to the Party Committee of Bac Ninh Provincial People’s Committee for the terms 2011 – 2016, 2016 – 2021. Among them, there are individuals: Nguyen Tu Quynh , former Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; Nguyen Huong Giang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee.

The Central Inspection Committee decided to carry out a disciplinary reprimand against Ms. Nguyen Huong Giang.

At the same time, the Central Inspection Committee requested the Politburo and the Secretariat to consider and discipline Mr. Nguyen Tu Quynh.
