The former model was upset and asked the police to intervene, but Delta Air Lines still refused to resolve the matter. Therefore, she accepted the loss of her belongings and hoped that the passenger who took the wrong item would contact her again.

Inside the suitcase were clothes, accessories, cosmetics, makeup tools, a newly purchased Gucci bag and a few other items, totaling about 8,000 USD (about 200 million VND).

American boyfriend Elias Radd encouraged Ngoc Quyen and represented his girlfriend to sue the airline. According to her, “Even if you sue, the probability of getting your things back is very low.”

“I’m very sad. Currently, I lack all essential items. I thought the trip to celebrate my best friend’s wedding would be fun, but I didn’t think something like that would happen,” Ngoc Quyen said.

Currently, Ngoc Quyen is urgently looking for a replacement outfit, ensuring to ‘appear the most beautiful’ at her friend’s wedding.

After the incident, Ngoc Quyen learned from experience: “If you have valuables, make sure you carry them with you. When an incident occurs, no one will be responsible for your property.”
