In a document sent to the media on the morning of April 26, Orange management company said that in September 2022, the People’s Court of District 7 resolved the dispute with Decision No. 357/2022 recognizing the parties’ agreement. /QDST-DS.

Therefore, Orange did not lose the lawsuit and has no obligation to compensate Super Brothers Co., Ltd. 1.4 billion VND. However, Orange voluntarily refunded this amount after considering many aspects with the intention of good faith, so that the parties could come to an agreement and completely resolve the case.

In February 2020, Orange accused the company of embezzling money, lacking transparency about salaries, and unilaterally terminating the contract.

The case became tense when Chau Dang Khoa decided to sue and request compensation. In 2022, the dispute was resolved by the District 7 People’s Court.
