On April 26, singer Orange (real name Khuong Hoan My) pointed out incorrect information during Chau Dang Khoa’s One-Stop livestream on the evening of April 15. In a document sent to the press, the female singer’s representative said that they were forced to speak out because they realized “there was false information, intentionally directing public opinion to affect Orange”.

During the One Time Livestream on the evening of April 15, Chau Dang Khoa talked about Sofia leaving the company. However, near the end of the livestream, the male musician recalled the dispute between Orange and Super Brothers Co., Ltd. (directed by Chau Dang Khoa) since 2022.

Chau Dang Khoa mentioned that Orange once lost a dispute with Super Brothers Co., Ltd., had to pay 1.4 billion VND in compensation and publicly apologize. “We have only received compensation but have not received an apology from Orange,” Chau Dang Khoa said during a livestream on the evening of April 15.

Orange’s representative said that after Chau Dang Khoa’s statement, many news sites reshared it and created a stream of controversy on social networks. This partly affects Orange, violating the legal rights and interests of the female singer’s management company.

Orange’s current management company confirms that the dispute between Orange and Super Brothers Co., Ltd. was previously resolved by the District 7 People’s Court with Decision recognizing the parties’ agreement No. 357/2022/ Decision-DS dated September 23, 2022. Accordingly, the People’s Court of District 7 recognized the parties’ self-agreement during the mediation process. Orange did not lose the lawsuit and was compensated as Chau Dang Khoa shared.

“Regarding the amount of 1.4 billion VND, in many aspects, Orange sees that Super Brothers Co., Ltd. plays an important role in her career. Orange’s departure will cause Super Brothers Co., Ltd. to face more or less problems. difficulties during operations. Therefore, Orange voluntarily refunded the amount as an act of goodwill so that the parties could come to an agreement and completely resolve the case,” Orange added.

Orange’s current management company said it has sent a letter requesting correction to Super Brothers Co., Ltd.

“We object to the publication of false information, intentionally directing public opinion to affect singer Orange. We are always ready to take necessary legal actions to protect artists under our company. company against dramas, scandals or false information from other individuals/organizations,” Orange’s company representative stated in the press release.

Orange’s real name is Khuong Hoan My, born in 1997. The female singer was once a talent in Chau Dang Khoa’s company, famous for her hit song Dear stranger. In 2020, Orange and LyLy accused Chau Dang Khoa’s company of stealing salaries, then a dispute broke out, leading to litigation lasting until 2022.

Recently, Orange and LyLy were mentioned by Chau Dang Khoa during a livestream in response to Sofia Dan Trang leaving the company, saying they were “cornered” by the male musician.
