Mr. Y Toan Byă – Chairman of the People’s Committee of Ea Trang commune (M’Drak district, Dak Lak province) said that after capturing the above clip of people in the commune, the authorities verified with the relevant people and determined this is just a staged clip, not true.
According to the chairman of the commune, the person who took the clip was a local resident and the girl’s father posted this clip.
