IndonesiaHyoyeon, a member of girl group SNSD – participating in an entertainment show in Bali – was detained by the authorities because the filming crew did not ask for permission.

In addition to Hyoyeon, the show’s guests – Apink group member Bomi, announcer Choi Hee, former IOI singer Lim Na Young, Dita (Secret Number group) – and crew members also had their passports confiscated.
According to News1, a crew of 30 people arrived in Bali on April 21 and are expected to return to Korea on April 25. They are currently forced to stay at a hotel, waiting for the authorities to investigate.
Hyoyeon, 35 years old, is called SNSD’s “dancing machine”. In 2018, she changed her stage name to Hyo. Her solo products include Mystery, Wanna Be, Sober, Punk Right Now, Badster, Second. The artist has come to Vietnam many times to travel and perform.

SNSD debuted in Korean showbiz in 2007, with nine members including: Yoona, Jessica, Taeyeon, Tiffany, Soo Young, Hyoyeon, Sunny, Yuri and youngest sister Seohyun. They made a splash in Asia with a series of hits Into the new world (2007), Baby baby (2008), Gee (2009), Oh (2010), Mr. Taxi (2011), The boys (2012), I got a boy (two thousand and thirteen). Fans often refer to SNSD as Korea’s “national music group”. In 2014, Jessica left the group, SNSD operated with eight members.
