The culinary stalls are arranged into 3 routes: Hue – Saigon – Hanoi, with a variety of famous dishes such as Hue beef noodle soup, tapioca cake, bread, banh xeo, Hanoi bun cha, etc. Besides, the festival also has many typical dishes of the West and other provinces.
Coming to the Zoo today, Ms. Nguyen Kim Ngoc (34 years old, Thu Duc City) was surprised because she accidentally found the “flavor of her homeland” here.
She confided: “This holiday, because my family had work and couldn’t return home, I took my children to the Zoo. I didn’t expect it to coincide with a food festival.
The whole family can enjoy the hometown specialty of An Giang palm beef cake and many other delicious dishes.”
Ms. Ngoc also let her children observe and learn the cake making process from the artisans, hoping to instill in them a love of homeland and country through traditional cakes like this from all regions.
Ms. Huynh Thu Thao – chairwoman of the board of members of Saigon Zoo and Botanical Company Limited – hopes that the unique cultural and culinary space of the three regions at the Zoo and Botanical Garden will be a highlight, leaving an impression on visitors. during this holiday.

On this occasion, the Saigon Zoo and Botanic Garden said it will offer free entrance tickets from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. for people to participate in the culinary festival with the theme “Unified Rivers”.
