He once confided that he didn’t seem to have youth when he finished school and got married right away. The actor got married at the age of 21 and is now a father of two children. The actor’s wife’s name is Le Thu, who is Ngoc Tuong’s first love. They were both in the same acting class, and 2 months after graduating, they decided to move in together. Up to now, they have been together for 20 years.

In recent years, he has tried to stay at home more to accompany his children. It is known that the first child of the actor and his wife is in 10th grade, and the second child is in 4th grade. The two children are at a developmental age so they need their father by their side more. Ngoc Tuong shared: “I often use the words focus and care, keep every appointment I make with my child, try to take my child out to eat and go out.”

The male director also felt secure having his wife Le Thu as his backup. Le Thu studied acting with her husband, then studied journalism and worked as an editor at a radio station. Besides, she still performed in plays, but stopped completely when she had a baby. Ngoc Tuong revealed about his wife: “My wife takes care of everything from the family to the children. I’m really grateful to my wife for taking care of the family and I only hope to be happy for a few more decades.”
As for Le Thu, she said that when they first got married in their twenties, they often argued, but now they no longer have conflicts. Ngoc Tuong’s wife confided: “After getting married and living together, it must have been 10 years before I felt the need to change myself. The first 6 years we didn’t have children, we were both free, so we just looked at each other. When I had my first baby, it was me I don’t do artistic activities anymore, but he still works. His work hours are unstable and he doesn’t have much time to spend with his wife and children, so I’m not satisfied.
By the time I had my second baby, I felt complete, having a son and daughter. When I go to work, having my children by my side is a joy, so I no longer ask him what time he comes home, where he goes to work, or with whom. Now everyone does their own work, and when the children have free time, he goes to pick them up and play with them. I’m still the main role in the family.”
After 20 years together, the couple is increasingly in harmony and has “everything routine”.
There was a time when Le Thu had low self-esteem when she was at home, being a mother, and easily got angry. However, after what happened and looking back, she felt it wasn’t worth it. She said: “Now I don’t care whether you stay late at night, go far away, or act with beautiful people. I respect your work and don’t manage it like before.”
