The document stated the reason given was to rearrange the management of visa issuance for Vietnamese people entering Yangyang airport after a trial period of welcoming guests to YangYang with a visa-free policy.

For all passengers who have been previously approved for a visa, they are still allowed to enter and travel as scheduled. The general agent unit in Vietnam said that Fly Gangwon will support customers according to the following options:

One, full refund of ticket and tour costs in Korea that the passenger has paid.

Second, change the departure date for the nearest flight free of charge if the change flight has seats available.

“We apologize for this inconvenience to our agents, but this is a decision of a foreign regulatory agency, so it cannot be changed,” said the representative of Fly Gangwon Airlines in Vietnam. .
