(PLO)- The wind power propeller in Ninh Thuan was broken and dangled and collided with other blades, causing a loud noise.
On November 22, the source of PLO The People’s Committee of Thuan Nam district, Ninh Thuan province, has written documents on monitoring and supporting businesses in troubleshooting problems caused by broken wind capacitor blades.

Before that, on the evening of November 9, the people of Quan The 2 village, Phuoc Minh commune, Thuan Nam district heard a strong impact from the wind power pole No. 1 of the Bim Wind Power project, so they reported it to the authorities.
Checking at the scene, the authorities discovered that a wind turbine propeller No. 1 of the BIM wind power project was broken but not separated. The propellers attached to the power poles were blown by the wind and hit other blades, causing a loud, distant sound.
The incident did not cause fire, explosion, smoke, or human deaths. The government determined that the damaged wind power pole was located more than 350 meters away from a residential area.
According to Phuoc Minh Commune People’s Committee, the initial reason was explained by BIM Wind Power JSC. The propellers being replaced were blown by strong winds during the night, causing them to snap and collide with other propellers.
This company has arranged security forces, surveillance and ropes at the entrances to isolate the area. Officials are approaching the broken propeller to determine the cause and provide solutions.
Thuan Nam District People’s Committee assigned the District Police, Department of Economy and Infrastructure, Natural Resources and Environment, Phuoc Minh Commune to monitor and coordinate to support businesses in security and order work and handle arising situations.
At the same time, request BIM Wind Power Joint Stock Company to urgently report the incident and the direction of handling.
