Initial investigation results, around 10:30 on December 2, after drinking alcohol, suspect Hoang Duc Long took a machete and wandered in Quarter 3, Phuoc Nguyen Ward, Ba Ria City.

When he came to the alley of Dien Bien Phu, near Mrs. T.’s house, Long rushed in and slashed many times on Ms. T. and her husband. The incident caused Ms. T. to die on the spot. Ms. T.’s husband was seriously injured and was taken to the emergency room at Cho Ray Hospital, Ho Chi Minh City.

Upon receiving the information, the police force quickly arrived at the scene and arrested the suspect Hoang Duc Long. At the same time, conducting scene examination and autopsy to serve the investigation and clarification of the case.
