In the final night of Miss Vietnam 2022, runner-up Phuong Anh – 1st runner-up of Miss Vietnam 2020, was the guest who crowned Trinh Thuy Linh as 1st runner-up. She wore a brilliant yellow see-through dress on stage, doing her part well.
After the photos of the final night were posted, many people criticized Phuong Anh for being less charming when choosing a see-through dress.

Phuong Anh was “shocked” when she looked back at the photo posted and spread on the internet
Before the controversy, runner-up Phuong Anh said that she herself was “stunned” when looking back at the posted photo.
“Honestly, I can’t accept that photo either! However, it was an unintended incident. It was really a shameful accident. When choosing a dress to try on or even the moment on the red carpet, My crew and I saw that the dress was still in a normal state, but when I went on stage, the light “harmed” me” – Phuong Anh said.
Phuong Anh added that the inside of the dress was wearing a nude knee-length bodysuit as a way to protect the body when wearing delicate clothes. However, this time, the protective suit also did not “save” her.
Phuong Anh felt embarrassed and wanted to apologize to the audience. This is a lesson for her to be more careful next time when appearing at public events.
