On April 22, the police of Vinh Yen city (Vinh Phuc province) were investigating to clarify the cause of the explosion of the air conditioner heater on the roof, causing two people to have an accident in the area.
The incident happened on April 21 in Nam Vinh Yen urban area (Khai Quang ward, Vinh Yen city).

At this time, two young men climbed onto a roof in the above urban area to fix the air conditioner. However, during the inspection and repair process, the air conditioner heater suddenly exploded, causing these two injuries.
Both were then taken to the emergency room at Vinh Phuc Provincial General Hospital. Due to severe injuries, a person born in 1995 was transferred to Viet Duc Hospital (Hanoi) and later died.
