On May 26, news from the People’s Committee of Buon Ma Thuot city said that it had decided to impose an administrative penalty on the NTX teacher (teacher of Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Secondary School) with an amount of 3.75 million VND for the act of slapping. TGVT students (grade 8) during the test.

While watching the exam, Ms. X. discovered that T. showed signs of using documents, so she went to collect it and slapped the student 2 times. This action was caught on camera in the classroom. Working with the school, Ms. X. admitted to slapping a student because she was angry when she used the document and wanted to apologize to students and parents.
