Mr. Nguyen Thanh Dam was born in 1974. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from the National Economics University and a Master’s degree from the National Institute for Policy Research of Japan.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Dam has worked for more than 16 years in the Banking and Finance Department, under the Ministry of Finance (1996 – 2012). During that time, he was assigned the position of Head of Lottery and prize games. As soon as the Vietnam Lottery Company was established, he was sent by the Ministry of Finance to work and hold the positions of Deputy General Director of the Company (2012 – 2018), General Director of the Company (2018 – 05). 2023).
On the same day of May 19, 2023, the Ministry of Finance also assigned Mr. Pham Ngoc Tu – Deputy General Director of the Company to be in charge of and operate the Vietnam Computer Lottery Company./.
