The sanctioning decision of the People’s Committee of Buon Ma Thuot also forced teacher X. to publicly apologize to T. unless T. or his parents requested not to apologize publicly.
Like VietNamNet reported that on May 9, during the second semester exam in Geography, TGVT showed signs of viewing documents. At this time, the NTX teacher (the examiner) discovered and slapped T in the face. This situation was recorded by the school’s camera.
Parents filed a complaint against the teacher to the school leadership. Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Secondary School sent an inspection department to verify and confirm the above incident, and report it to the authorities.
On May 17, the People’s Committee of Tan An Ward, Buon Ma Thuot City had a meeting with relevant parties. At the meeting, Ms. X. admitted to slapping student T. and apologized to the student’s parents. After that, the school had to send another teacher to stabilize the psychology of this male student.
