Previously, on August 17, 2022, Chairman of the City People’s Committee. Phu Quoc issued a decision to impose a fine of 61.5 million VND for violations at this project.

Before the COVID-19 epidemic, the building existed 6 floors, after a period of time stopped construction, then continued to build 6 more floors.
