According to the notice, the Department of Transport of Dong Nai province will stop accepting applications for renewal of driving licenses at provincial and district one-stop shops from May 26 until the Vietnam Road Administration continues to provide driving license blanks.

The Department of Transport of Dong Nai province said that, on May 19, the unit sent a document to the Vietnam Road Administration and the Road Management Zone IV on the proposal to provide blanks of driving licenses to exchange for people.

However, up to now, the Department of Transport has not received any reply from the above 2 units and it is not known when they will be provided with a license plate. The reason is that the Vietnam Road Administration and the Road Management Zone IV are carrying out the inventory of driving license blanks.

Therefore, at present, the Department of Transport does not have a blank license to issue and exchange for people who have submitted documents from May 22 to now.
