At about 2:00 p.m. on the same day (May 25), Thu called Ms. T. to pick up B. When Ms. T. and her family came to pick her up, she saw baby B. fainting so she took him to the emergency room, but the baby died. died before arriving at H.Chau Thanh Medical Center.
According to autopsy results, baby B. died from acute hemorrhagic shock due to blunt abdominal trauma and a ruptured mesenteric artery.
The investigation process determined that the child care provider had not been licensed according to regulations and did not ensure child care conditions and standards.
