As reported, around 2:10 a.m., October 31, on National Highway 1A, in Hoa Lac commune, Huu Lung district, Lang Son province, a serious traffic accident occurred between a 16-seat passenger contract car and a vehicle. The tractor carrying cement broke down and stopped on the side of the road in the same direction.
After that, the 16-seat passenger car continued to collide with a container truck traveling in the opposite direction. As a result of the accident, 5 people died and 10 were injured.

At the time of inspection, Trang could not present any documents proving the origin of the above mentioned laughing gas.
