(PLVN) – Responding to the program “Month for the Poor”, commemorating the 77th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Red Cross Society (November 23, 1946 – November 23, 2023), on November 17, Cong Vedan Vietnam Company has accompanied the Red Cross Association (Red Cross) of Dong Nai province to present a Red Cross house to Mr. Nguyen Van Hoa’s family (living in hamlet 5, Phu Lap commune, Tan Phu district, Dong Nai province). The house was built at a cost of 105 million VND, of which Vedan company supported 40 million VND, the Commune Fund for the Poor supported 30 million VND, and the remaining amount was contributed by family and sponsors.
Also on November 17, at the People’s Committee hall of Phu Lap commune, Tan Phu district, Vedan Vietnam Company together with the Red Cross Association of Dong Nai province, the association supporting the families of the province’s martyrs, sponsors and local authorities. The locality awarded 100 gifts to poor households, near-poor households and families in particularly difficult circumstances in the locality (each worth 1 million VND).
Although the gift is not large, it is a practical support for daily life and shows the spirit of love and support… thereby motivating and encouraging families to constantly strive to improve in life. living.
