Because of advertising special products, goods, and services without confirmation by a competent state agency before advertising, Viet Duc Dental Clinic International Cosmetic Institute Co., Ltd. (molar specialty clinic) face, number 188 Ly Thai To, Ward 1, District 3) was fined 45 million VND.

This company was also forced to remove and delete advertisements whose content had not been confirmed by a competent state agency.

Also advertising medical examination and treatment services without an operating license, Ms. Nguyen My Quynh Phuong (owner of CARE business, 223 To Hien Thanh, Ward 13, District 10) was fined 35 million VND and forced to remove it. This time, department inspectors also fined Tran Diep Khanh Medical Investment Company Limited (general clinic, 11/25 Nguyen Oanh, Ward 10, Go Vap District) 700,000 VND for not wearing a name tag.

Next, UNI International Clinic Co., Ltd. violated the UNI 9 International Clinic Co., Ltd. branch (5th floor, 215 Nguyen Van Thu, Da Kao Ward, District 1) for operating without signs according to regulations. under the law.

Department inspectors discovered that Dr. Tran Thach Dung (address 70-72 Nam Ky Khoi Nghia, Nguyen Thai Binh ward, District 1) was the person in charge of the technical expertise of the medical examination and treatment facility but was not present at the facility. medical examination and treatment facility during the registration period without authorizing others according to the provisions of law.

For this violation, Dr. Dung was fined 7.5 million VND.
