Border – On the morning of November 21, Thuan An Port Border Guard Station (Thua Thien Hue Border Guard) said that a serious traffic accident had just occurred in Hai Duong commune, Hue city.
Specifically, at 4:30 a.m. on November 21, the Border Guard Station at Thuan An port received reports from people about a serious traffic accident at the embankment intersection, at the foot of the Thuan overpass. An, Thai Duong Ha Nam village (Hai Duong commune, Hue city).
According to initial information, at 3 o’clock on the same day, there were 3 motorbike drivers (unknown license plate) traveling from the direction of Hue city – Hai Duong commune embankment when a collision occurred.
The accident left Mr. VCH (born in 2010, residing in An Tay ward, Hue city) and LVL (born in 2010, residing in An Dong ward, Hue city) seriously injured and transferred to the emergency room at the hospital. Hue Central; Mr. N.D.MQ (born in 2007, residing in An Dong ward, Hue city) went missing, his motorbike fell into the sea.
At 7:30 a.m. on November 21, due to serious injuries, Mr. LVL died at Hue Central Hospital.
The Border Guard Station at Thuan An Port has coordinated with authorities, localities and functional forces to search for missing people. At 8:55 a.m. the same day, the authorities found Mr. N.D.MQ’s body
