Previously, on October 25, Hoan Cau Nha Trang Joint Stock Company sent a document to the Department of Justice of Khanh Hoa province, including the content: Although the Provincial People’s Committee has directed to “stop procedures related to non-residential land”. forming residential units” but the bank and Cao Nguyen Auction Partnership Company still organized an auction of 75 plots of land with the purpose of use as “residential land not forming residential units” at the Song Lo project.

Therefore, Hoan Cau Nha Trang Joint Stock Company proposed to temporarily suspend the auction of these 75 plots of land while the project investor converts the land use purpose under the direction of the Provincial People’s Committee.

According to Hoan Cau Nha Trang Joint Stock Company, the People’s Committee of Khanh Hoa province has issued a document on urgently handling the content of residential land that does not form residential units in the province.

Specifically, to avoid transactions related to residential land that do not form residential units, Khanh Hoa province requires departments, branches and branches to notify affiliated units, organizations and individuals concerned to stop. Procedures related to forms of residential land that do not form residential units until the land use purpose is adjusted in accordance with the provisions of the Land Law, no longer from residential land not forming residential units.
