In addition, the locality has set a basic goal of escaping the situation of particularly difficult communes in coastal areas; Over 80% of district and commune level units have a poverty rate of less than 5% according to the multidimensional poverty standard.
By 2023, the locality will reduce poor households by 1.52% compared to 2021; The rate of poor ethnic minority households is 58.17% compared to the total ethnic minority households. 100% of workers from poor households, near-poor households, and households just escaping poverty need support in connection, consulting, career orientation, provision of labor market information, and employment support. 71.5% of people from poor and near-poor households are supported to participate in health insurance. 95.7% of children from poor and near-poor households attend school at the right age.
