Specifically, on the morning of November 24, DVL Auction Partnership – Lao Cai Branch will organize an auction of the rights to use 95 plots of land that are assets of Bao Yen District Land Fund Development Center. Among them, there are 22 plots of rural land in Pac Mac village, Vinh Yen commune; 24 plots of rural land in Xuan Hoa commune; 26 plots of urban land in Hoa Ban urban area, Pho Rang town; 6 plots of rural land in the auxiliary category of Bao Ha temple, categories of roads T3, T4 and 17 plots of rural land in Bao Ha commune.

The area of ​​land plots ranges from 90-335.2m2. Unit price starts from 1-21.6 million VND/m2; equivalent to from 200 million VND to more than 4.5 billion VND/plot.

Auction participants must pay in advance an amount equal to 20% of the starting price of each plot of land.

The price announcement will take place at the headquarters of the new administrative complex, Bao Yen district.

In the city. Lao Cai, on the afternoon of December 7, DVL Auction Partnership Company – Lao Cai Branch will organize an auction of the rights to use 31 plots of land that are assets of the Consulting and Financial Services Center of Lao Cai province.

The auctioned land plots are intended to be urban residential land, with long-term use, located on Vuong Thua Vu and Nguyen Huu An streets, Binh Minh ward, city. Lao Cai.

The area of ​​land plots ranges from 105-222.7m2. Starting price is 9 million VND/m2, equivalent to 945 million VND to more than 2 billion VND/plot.

On the afternoon of December 8, DVL Auction Partnership – Lao Cai Branch also organized an auction of the rights to use 35 plots of land that are assets of the Bat Xat District Land Fund Development Center.

Of these, there are 21 rural land plots in Trinh Tuong commune and 14 rural land plots in Ban Qua commune.

The auctioned land plots have an area of ​​100-136.4m2. Prices start from 3.5-4 million VND/m2, equivalent to from 350 million to over 477 million VND/plot.

The price announcement will take place at the guest house hall of the People’s Committee of Bat Xat district.

Also at the above location, on the morning of December 8, 34 plots of land in Trinh Tuong and Ban Qua communes were also auctioned for use rights.

The area of ​​the plots ranges from 100-114.6m2. Prices start from 3.5-4 million VND/m2, equivalent to 350-429.2 million VND/plot.

All four auctions will be in the form of indirect voting sent by post, with the bidding up method.
