From the beginning of the year until now, Quang Ngai has continuously led 63 provinces and cities nationwide in online payments through the National Public Service Portal. In the first quarter of 2024, the whole province paid more than 17 billion VND, with nearly 50 thousand transactions (at the Provincial Administrative Procedures Service – Control Center alone, nearly 11 billion VND was paid, with 7,529 transactions). .

As an important and key step in the process of administrative reform and implementation of e-government, the province has been proactive in implementing many solutions to promote the implementation of online public services. Departments, branches, branches and localities in the province are constantly upgrading the public service system, improving the process of receiving, guiding and supporting people and businesses at one-stop shops at all levels in a people-oriented direction. , businesses are the center to serve. In the first quarter of 2024, Quang Ngai ranked 19th/63 provinces and cities nationwide in terms of online public services through the National Public Service Portal. The province has also promoted the completion of public service software with many functions, meeting the needs of organizations and individuals. Thanks to that, the number of online public service records in the province is increasing. Specifically, the rate of online dossiers received by departments, divisions and branches at the Provincial Administrative Procedures Service – Control Center in the first quarter of 2024 continued to increase, reaching an average of 79.3% compared to the total. Number of new applications received in the quarter. Among them, departments and branches have a high number of online records and the online rate reaches 90% or more such as: Social Insurance, Department of Industry and Trade, Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, Department of Agriculture and Rural Development… . In the field of land of households and individuals (secured transaction registration procedures), the Provincial Administrative Procedures Control and Service Center has received 1,504 online applications, reaching 20% ​​(year). 2023 reached an average of 11.4%) compared to the total number of new applications received in the quarter.

Meanwhile, the total online dossiers submitted by the district-level one-stop department is 3,927 dossiers, reaching 54.7% of the total number of new dossiers received in the quarter (the rate of online dossiers in 2023 will reach the average). army 43.1%).
