The e-commerce index is compiled from 3 component indices, including: Human resources and information technology infrastructure; e-commerce transaction index between businesses and consumers (B2C); Business-to-business (B2B) e-commerce transaction index. In 2023, this index will rank 14/58 provinces and cities with 25.2 points, up 4 places compared to 2022.
