Notably, the Ministry of Public Security also recorded on forums and websites of hackers sharing and selling more than 300 accounts logging into the system “ssohanhchinhcong.khanhhoa.gov.vn”; Some accounts (from leaked account data, for sale, using weak passwords) can be logged in directly. Up to now, the Department of Information and Communications of Khanh Hoa province has basically overcome the problem.
According to the report of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police on the results of implementing Project 06, the locality has completed reviewing legal documents under the authority of the People’s Council and Provincial People’s Committee issued to serve the implementation of Project 06. ; Review, adjust and supplement administrative procedures under the province’s public authority; Information technology infrastructure of the Star Data Center has been invested and upgraded through many stages from 2012 to present, currently there are 11 systems/models; Complete the collection of population data in Khanh Hoa province and regularly maintain and ensure the data is “correct, complete, clean, and live” according to the direction of the Ministry of Public Security; Completed 100% data digitization…
