* Regulations on contest entries:
Contest entries must be taken in An Giang province, at tourist attractions as stated in the creative content. Contest entries must be taken from January 1, 2023 to present and owned by the contestant. Authors are responsible for the copyright of their works. The Organizing Committee is not responsible for any disputes related to copyright of works.
Contest works must not be works that have won prizes at other competitions. During the time of participating in the An Giang Tourism Beauty Photo Contest in 2024, authors are not allowed to submit existing works to participate in other contests.
Entries must be single photos, not sets. Color or black and white photos. Image files in JPG, PNG format, minimum image file length 3000 pixels, maximum 4000 pixels, resolution 300dpi. The Organizing Committee accepts photos that have undergone technical processing, but must not be cropped or collaged to distort reality. In case of necessity, the Organizing Committee will request the author to submit the original file for verification.
Contest photos must not have borders or insert the author’s name or any other symbols on the photo.
Contest photos must not violate Vietnamese customs, laws, and culture, and must not contain negative political or religious content. If the author violates, the Organizing Committee will remove the work from the competition without notice.
The Organizing Committee has full rights to use contest photos for exhibition, propaganda, promotion, printing of documents, promotion on mass media, events about An Giang tourism and non-public purposes. other commercial.
- Regulations on authors and number of entries
Authors participating in the contest send a minimum of 03 photo files and a maximum of 15 photo files to participate in the contest. Image files must be saved in the following format: Numerical order. Name of work (if any). Shooting location (Example: 1. Mysterious Forbidden Mountain. Cam Mountain Tourist Area).
Each author can only use 01 name and 01 address to participate in the contest. Clearly state the author’s full name, contact address, and phone number as in the attached contest registration file. If the author uses a stage name to enter the contest, he or she must clearly state his/her full name next to the stage name in the contest registration form.
The author must commit to taking full responsibility for the copyright of the works participating in the contest and the contest information provided to the Organizing Committee. If the information provided by the participating author is not true, the submitted work has disputes or copyright complaints will be disqualified or the prize will be revoked even though it has been announced.
For works selected for the final round, after being notified by the Organizing Committee, the authors are responsible for printing the photos selected by the Jury in size 30cm x 45cm, laminating them with glossy film and sending them to the Department of Literature.
